Generator was simple to hook up to the RV box we had installed. Easy start up. Much quieter than expected. Would have loved the free cover bonus offer, but apparently it is no longer available. Will have to find a cover that fits since we hope NOT to have to use this piece of equipment!

Not much to assemble but was easy to do. Went through the easy to follow steps for set up and it fired right up. The push button start is awesome. Read the manual especially the tip about shutting off the fuel line and letting the generator stop when the fuel in the line is used up. It'll save you headaches with the carburetor later.

I bought this product in October of 2020 and glad I made the purchase. Tennessee experienced ice/snow storms in February 2021 and this generator helped us through 5 days of a power outage. I was pleased at how easily it started with the battery start and it ran for over 12 hours on 5 gallons of gas. I highly recommend this product!

I purchased this generator 7500c couple weeks ago. I received it today a day early then it was suppose to arrive. Installed wheels and front brackets in no time at all. Will start it tomorrow ! It's heavy. Really heavy. But thankfully it's pretty easy to tip it to one side or the other in order to get the wheels and feet installed. It comes with all the tools you need (wrench, oil, and spark plug tool) as well as a funnel for the oil. I used a 10 mm socket wrench just because it's easier but the included wrench is fine. I like the black powder coat finish and the controls are simple. Hooking up the battery was straightforward, but different than the manual describes (the wires are already connected to the terminals, just need to hook up the quick disconnect cables which is easy). Loaded oil (included) and gas (supply your own), flipped the breaker On, turned on the fuel switch, hooked up the battery, pressed the start/stop button and it fired right up. Took about 30 minutes to get it running. Moderately loud at idle, but have not yet tried it at full load. I especially like the LED status readout showing volts, frequency, and hours in operation. The hours counter is especially useful when you need to know when to replace the oil. The rubber covers over the plugs don't snap on completely near the top, but it's better than not having them at all. The handles work well and fold out of the way so it fits in storage well. Overall, I like the fit and finish, and it comes with everything you need to get started (except gas). Very easy to use.

Just got my generator. It delivered quickly and appears to be very well made. I put the oil in it and gas and it fired right up without hesitation. The remote start will be a great feature when needed. I plugged in some pier tools to test the product and it powered everything without a problem. This will be a savior in times when electric goes out.

I bought this generator for a home backup in case of an emergency. I had an older 4000w but it was only a 20A output and this 7500w is a 30A. It will power just about everything on our house just not all at the same time. I will not be able to run our heat pump and hot water heater at the same time but in an emergency power outage it will work just fine. It should run the hot water heater and heat pump when only running by themselves. Assembly was extremely simple to put together. Generator is well made. Has excellent features (push button start, remote keyfob, wheels, handle). It may take a while until it gets used since we hardly ever have power outages but I wanted something I could rely on and power what I needed in the event of a power outage.

Bought this because the power was projected to be out for a week. It worked fine for powering our 2 refrigerators, freezer, television and other electric things in our home. My neighbor connected his refrigerator and freezer as well. This thing worked without a problem. We now have power back and I'm very happy for that. We now have a generator for the next time.

This generator was easy to set up and start on the first touch of the button. Paring the remote was simple and a nice added feature. The power that this generates and how quietly it runs for a generator this size is great. highly recommend this for the price.
