bought my plant in USA and it arrived a week ago, I used it almost every day between 3 and 4 hours per day. Excellent product, easy to start, and enough power to move all the lights of the house, two refrigerators, 1 air conditioning, water pump and electric garage door simultaneously. The plant is noisy, a lot of metallic noise, I had to adjust the speed of the engine because it was running very fast, at 62.5 Hz. After the adjustment the sharp metally noise decreased. The output voltage is very high, 127 volts per phase and 247 volts between the two phases, in Venezuela, we use 110 - 120 volts per phase and 208 - 220 between two phases. How can I fix the output voltage? Julio

Here in northern Michigan, power outages are common place. Previously I had a 3500 watt unit that was underpowered for what I required resulting in a blown engine in the middle of an outage. Purchased this WGen 7500 and couldn't be more satisfied. Basically plug and play right from the box. Plenty of power to run the house. Very economical on fuel with excellent run time based on load. Electric and remote start a definite plus. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Haven't run it yet, but it was well packages, and seems well constructed and as expected. But the literature that comes with it, promising a free generator cover, is a bit of a bait and switch — when I followed the instructions, I got a message at the end saying I wouldn't Get one after all!!

Purchased in Nov. Finally installed a Transfer box this past weekend. (Due to Severe Storms, knocking out power in near by counties.Had 6 Circuits to hook up in case of power outage, HVAC took up the 220 line, Furnace, freezers,refrigerator and lights. shut off power(to re-enact a power outage) Everything ran Perfect!! Generator a Beast!!!

I purchased this superb generator for emergency back up , after suffering so much in Florida during out of power for few days , and lost of lots of food from the freezer and refrigerator then I decided to buy a new generator , looking for all over the net this one meet my expectation , after reading the manual and put the wheels and the rubber bumper , fill the engine with the provided motor oil , add fuel and started righ up , all in about 45 minutes ,can not be more happy . Just received it yesterday 12/07/21 followed directions installing legs, wheels and oil what a snap. This is a rugged machine, fired right up now working with electrician to install Manual Transfer Switch. When the time comes we will be off and rolling not sitting in the dark/cold.

Bought this generator after the hurricane passed thru here in georgia- mounted the wheels, mounted the shock pads, and then connected it to my home distribution panel- worked right out of the box, love the remote start/stop and the additional safety features such as gfci 120 circuits, and also the standardized L14-30R outlet made it easy to get the cable for it to plug into.

Bought one for my parents about two weeks ago. So impressed I bought one for myself, delivered in 3 days! Package arrived intact. Can't wait to use it. The features, quality and price was right. Never thought I would be buying another, but I'm sold on them so far, nice units.

I bought this a month ago and just recently decided to get it ready due to bad weather coming. Everything went together great plugged in the battery charger for the night probably 14 hrs. Unplugged the charger and the lights went out on generator. I used the pull start and it fired right up so I let it run a 1/2 hrs to charge the battery and shut it off and still won't electric start. Now to see how long it takes to fix the problem.

My Westinghouse WGen7500 arrived in an amazing secure manner on a wooden pallet & brought right into my garage. I uncrated it & followed the "Quick Start Guide" without a hitch. I had it up and running withing 10 minutes, tops. Not one wrinkle. Sweet! Oh, this is far quieter than my Generac unit that is a neighborhood blaster. Ooof
