Generator came well packaged. Instructions were very clear. They've made the battery connection even easier. All prewired, just plug in. Started right up, not as loud as I expected. They include engine oil, funnel and wrench to tighten the 4 bolts that hold the feet. Very easy to get up and running.

I just received my new WGEN7500 today and set it up. I filled the engine oil and completed the other few requirements for start-up easily. It ran on the first try. I hope it continues to run as well as it did the first time I tried it. Seem excellent and am anxious to use it.

I just received this on February 23. Set up was easy. Electric start is great. Started on first try. Having had recent shoulder surgery, this was key. Ironically, this is a product that you never hope to need and fortunately we have not had any significant power outages since Hurricane Sandy.

I bought this generator a month ago. I'm confident that it will perform and supply everything I purchased it for. A personal friend purchased a smaller generator a year earlier and really encouraged me to purchase a similar generator. I was encouraged to purchase a larger generator per my brother-n-law who is an electrician and knows my home and what I maintain. My boyfriend set it up for me and was impressed with it and indicated I made a really good purchase. Since he uses and is more familiar with generators, his opinion gave me confidence that I made the correct decision.

User manual says not to run unloaded for "extended periods" [ not sure how long that is ] to prevent engine damage, and there is no auto idle. I have a Genrac that is less then half the size and 20+ years old and it has it. I think it would good for economy and noise, and apparently engine life. Just got it today, and have not even put gas in it yet, but am trying to get to know the unit read and study the manual before I do something wrong. It look like a super addition to my home, super friendly so far.

Just purchased this yesterday. Very impressed with the clear instructions set up instructions. Happy that it came with the trickle charger, oil and a oil fill funnel. I'm hopeful that will keep the small battery working over the cold winter. I already ran it for the five hour break-in time so it should be ready for the first power outage.

This generator has some really nice features and enough power to run my whole house. Initial setup was very easy. I particularly like the remote control when starting the unit. l also I purchased the heavy duty Westinghouse 30 amp 120 Volt 25 foot extension cord. I'm still waiting to use it in a power outage.

We bought it to power our house during the emergency outages common in the area. We choose this particular model as it was recommended to us by the previous house owner who claimed he was able to keep the whole house powered for 12h on one fuel tank. We have not yet have a chance to try it in the emergency situation, but it seems to be a decent machine and very intuitive to use.

Just bought this after contemplating for some time. Decided to go ahead and purchase in order to protect our family and freezers/fridge in case of power outages. Big relief to know we have it now. Was delivered quickly and was easy to put together and start up.

I just received this generator ( WGen7500) and finished assembling it and it started right away. I received it just in time for the ice storm and it performed perfectly, couldn't ask for better. Just hope I can find the ST switch to complete the setup.
