I just bought this generator as we are approaching the hurricane season. I connected it to a panel board transfer switch. I used ethanol-free fuel. The generator is efficient, comes with a nice remote start feature, wheels for portability, and lots of nice safety features. I would have loved to get the DF model which was not available in stock, but this one works just fine. I just have to use gasoline.

Great machine. Easy to put on the wheels and legs. Electric start and automatic choke make this super simple to operate. A pull start is included as a back up. I didn't think it was equipped with a pull start from the online details. I was happily surprised. The pull handle flips up and down without those annoying push button catches like on other generators. I love it!

I spent hours researching portable generators. When I read several reviews I realized I should take a closer look at the Westinghouse WGEN7500. I found two neighbors who had purchased this unit and were totally satisfied. That's when I made my decision to purchase the WGEN7500.

Spent a lot of time reviewing different generators and I kept coming back to the Wgen7500. So glad i did. Well put together , easy to assemble , electric start as well as the clever remote start which is a great feature with tough outside conditions. Completely thrilled with my purchase and als teh price was very competitive with other models if not better than most.

My house power went off at night during i very bad storm and woke up to find my power could be off for the next 3 days. I bought this item that morning and was able to save all my refrigerated and freezer items from going bad. Not only that, but I didn't have to worry about my children complain they couldn't power up all their electrical items (phone, tablets, laptops, etc.) LOL. I can power up my whole house with this unit.

I bought this as a home backup generator. I figured I'd need it someday, but 3 weeks after it arrived the power went out… and the generator was still in the crate! But, using a headlamp I was able to easily figure out the setup, get it in position, and fire it up to provide power for my key household needs. My wife thinks I'm a genius.

I bought this generator a few weeks ago. It was easy to set up and started easily. We haven't had any power outages so far so I can't attest to how it powers our lights, but so far so good. I would recommend this generator based on my current experience.

I bought this generator a few days ago to prepare for power outages in our area. After reading all the reviews I decided to go with this model to not only power our home but also our well pump and septic pump. The generator basically was ready to use after attaching the wheels and feet to the frame and adding the engine oil included. It was easy to start and has met my expectations.

This generator had everything I could ask for as for features and the remote start was an added feature that an amputee with one leg could surely use. Its seems to be very well built , with a heavy duty frame. I am glad I bought this generator , I'm sure with proper maintenance it will provide years of service.

We live in California, home of earthquakes, floods, and wildfires :-) I work in tech, so I must have non-stop reliable electricity. During the winter storms, it ran every day, 8a to 6p, for nearly two weeks. No problems. This generator is perfect: super reliable, easy maintenance (oil change, clean the filter, etc.). Strongly recommend.
