Nice product for home power loss resulting from bad weather. Very easy push-button start or standard pull cord. Cold starts usually take two attempts. Well-constructed. 4 standard 120V receptacles plus 1 240V twist lock receptacle. A nice bonus feature is the plug-in AC/DC trickle charger to keep the starter battery charged.

Arrived quickly and seems very well built. Started right up and ran well. The electric start was super easy via button or remote. Like that it includes a charger as well but not sure how to tell when the charger is actually charging. Also not sure how to adjust the frequency to make it run at 60 Hz versus the 62 HZ that is seems to put out. Solid piece of mind in the event of a power outage.

We lost power after a big storm and I had a feeling it would be a few days without power. So I went looking for a generator and came across the Westinghouse 7500. I'm glad I purchased it. It runs everything I need (2 freezers and 2 refrigerators, and a few oddds and ends), I'm even running an extension cord to the neighbors so the can run their refrigerator. I'm happy with the purchase.

Ordered on line and received in a couple days. Everything needed to start using was in the box. Easily assembled. Unique feature is the remote start as we will be using for temporary power for our boat lift and will be able to start and lower the lift from the water.

just bought this unit so many to choose glad i did, easy to put together, everything was in the box for the generator, put oil in, checked the battery just needed a little charge then was fine then started it fired right up, both by hand and key fob, only gave 4 star cause have to use it when i lose power to the house, but works well cord plug ins on the unit without a problem runs smooth

I unboxed the generator put the oil in the came with the unit and it fire right up on the first try. I'm glad I got the push button start because I tried the pull start and it was extremely hard and stiff. I did a trial run and turned off the main breaker to the house and plugged it in. It powered all the things that I had running with no problem. I like that WH included a battery because most other brands do not. So far I'm happy with the purchase.

I bought this two weeks ago. Minor assembly issue as the axle pin either had a burr on it or otherwise not ground down enough as it did not pass through the wheel assembly frame or washer. A quick visit to my grinder and all is now well.. Happy they sent oil along with the generator to save me a trip to a big box store. Fired up promptly once fully assembled and prepped. Feel much more secure/prepared in the event our Texas power grid was not hardened since the last February 2021 big freeze.

Love the use of the start button and remote. My wife can easily start it up and shut it off when I'm not home and that's a plus for me now that we are through the hurricane Maria emergency in Puerto Rico. I have acquired the generator through the relief program from Johnson & Johnson and I'm so thankful for that.

Pros: Easy instructions on getting it ready to go. No issues starting up after following assembly and I was able to test it out. Cons: Heavy, but after putting the wheels on, very manageable to move around. Pretty loud, going to annoy my neighbors but it is a gas engine and shouldn't be used very often. Bought it for power outages. Hope I don't have to use it, but if I do, I'm glad I'll be able to rely on this.

Follow the easy to read instructions and you'll find this generator is easy to set up right out of the box. I have only run the generator for a brief period of time, as I have yet to lose power. Therefore, I cannot attest to its durability, or ability to handle significant power demands. Nonetheless, so far so good.
