Bought it as a backup during winter storms. I appreciate that it came with oil, and the dual fuel option gives me some peace of mind (I can store propane longer term). My first generator. Most of my lawn tools are electric, but I found this easy to operate and refuel. It's very heavy, and I need to build a shed now to store it, but I'm happy. It will power Most of my house with the proper hookup added to my home by an electrician.

I have had this generator for about 3 years. I live in Jamaica where we have frequent power cuts - sometimes for short periods and at other times, like after a hurricane, for weeks or even months. This generator has been a life Saver. I recommend it wholeheartly. One question- how do you replace the remote control.

I couldn't believe the ease of opening, Assembly, and hook up. Normally I have something that causes me to scratch my head and call customer service, but not this one. It's a nice feeling that common sense was used in the manufacturing of this product.

I ordered this about 3 weeks ago after the one I had for 16 years started giving me trouble. It was easy to put together the few items needed and after fueling, I started it. It started right up, I ran it for 20 minutes before putting it away. Time will tell me about how good it is but it is starting out good. I can't go with 5 stars until I see how it runs over time.

As a female, I wanted a generator that I could manage myself. I had my son set it up and with easily followed directions, it started right up from the key fob. I haven't had to use it yet but so far, so good.

We've had several lengthy power outages over the past year & have been looking into purchasing a generator...this one should work out nicely for us & at a decent price too.

Very happy with my new WGen7500c generator. It's alot quieter than my previous one. The remote start is amazing. The layout of the panel is perfectly simple.

I have lived in South Florida since 1987 and have been without power after several Hurricanes. I have owned 4 Generators since I moved here and when Irma hit us in September, 2016, my Yahama Generator gave out on me. I must have pulled the starter cord over 100 times and in the end, I hurt my back. I didn't know that Electric Start Generators existed and when I found the Westinghouse WGen7500 I bought it. What A Great Decision That Was. It is an amazing Generator, at an affordable price, and is so easy to set up and use. I am hoping I don't ever have to use it, but if I do, I am sure it will be the best Generator I have ever owned.

Purchased machine over 1 year ago, not even 1 hour on it. Electric start capabilities failed less than 1 month old. Dealer too far, replaced Starter Button, NG, Replaced Controller, NG. Called to ask a simple question while panel open. Impossible. Rude Operator. Over a week to get Tech call back. Since it has taken over 1 year to get this far in exasperation, I feel a New replacement is warranted. Replacing panel parts piecemeal is not a proper support approach, To have the Repair Service pick it up, and deliver it with a loaner might be acceptable. What good is a Generator not being able to be used. I'm a Senior Citizen, and Electric start is a nice option when working.
