Have not completed back up installation yet, but my Wen Gen 7500 seems to be all it is advertised as. Easy starting by pull chord, and remote starting is a great feature.

Almost looking forward to a power outage to see how well it performs. Came with everything needed for startup. A heavy machine that should last a long time.

This thing is very heavy duty and feels like a tank.Set up was super easy and quick. It's quite heavy but the built in wheels / handle makes it no problem.

Instructions for the unit was very simple. One thing I did do was let the generator try to start with out gas, also removed the spark plug. To let the engine circulate the oil. Reinstalled the plug and added gas. Started right up. Pleased for now.

We are so glad that we went with this generator! After lots of research, we settled on this one to give us peace of mind if we ever lost power. We haven't used it yet, but knowing we have it is already making me sleep easier!

I was surprised to see that the generator was provided with motor oil and the proper tools for the little bit of assembly required as well for future maintenance

We purchased this generator because it had great reviews. It is a powerhouse that has run our home lights, refrigerator and tv during a power outage. Very happy with this generator.

I bought this in preparation for the hurricane season. We lost power for a day and a half during a storm over the summer and had to throw out everything in our fridge and freezer

Generator is easy to set up and instructions and what you need are in the box. Generator itself looks well engineered and organized. Two issues to look at: 1) Oil Drain Plug conflict with Battery Wires and 2) It is a bit noisy.

Just purchased, so hard to tell how good it really is. The oil intake is in a bad spot, making it very difficult to fill the oil. I'm also seeing 243 Volts and 64 H. Not sure if that is good. I expected it to put out 250 Volts. Close enough?
