Great generator. Delivery may be tricky (if shipped with CEVA). Also, a licensed electrician may be required to adjust the generator if you have GFCI compatible outlets.

I am very happy with my purchase and hope I never need but I live in Florida and it is Very wise to have back-up power. Recommend using a stand by switch. Works Great.

We used this product during Hurricane Florence and it worked great. It was very quiet from inside the house. Kept our refrigerator and our freezer cold the entire time we were out of power - a few days!

Fortunately, I haven't had a real opportunity to use the generator yet, but I am confident that it will work as advertised. Setup, including instructions, was easy to do/follow. So far... I'm happy with my purchase.

We bought this last month and it has been life saver during these winter storms we've been having. It was SO easy to put together and that's saying a lot considering it's over 200 pounds! Great product!

First time set up of generator took about 30 minutes. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Started and ran without any problems. Still need to use under blackout conditions, however I do not anticipate any problems when I do.

In Oklahoma weather has many highs and lows which leads to occasional power outages. I am excited to have this available the next time my family and I are without power.

Have had the unit for 2 months and based on tests I really like the product. Have not yet gotten the manual start to work and the auto start takes 2-3 times before engine turns over. Overall pleased with purchase.

BOUGHT THIS ABOUT 1 YEAR AGO DUE TO BAD ICE STORM THAT KNOCKED OUT MAJORITY OF TEXAS POWER. NEVER WANTED TO FEEL STRANDED LIKE THAT AGAIN. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NOT HAD ANOTHER ICE STORM LIKE THAT SINCE , IT HAS DONE EVERYTHING I NEEDED IT TO WITH EASE
