I bought this generator after an electrical outage left us without power for days. It will be the answer if that situation happens again. I tested several appliances and it powered them completely. The only negative is I had hoped to power our camper in an emergency, but the 30 amp plug does not match up. I will now have to look for an adapter.

Bought this as a backup for my standby generator that stopped working when I needed it the most. Love that it has start descriptions on the generator and that it even has push button and key fob start. My wife was a little intimidated at first, but after we went through the starting process, we are even questioning if it is worth putting money into the standby generator! Could just upsize this awesome machine!

Assembly of my new Westinghouse generator was a breeze. Instructions were straight forward and all the required parts were conveniently placed in separate plastic bags. The specially designed funnel to add the provided oil was effortless. All I need to do is add some gas and fire it up when the next power outage occurs.

Very solid machine and it is every thing they say it can do. Set up was very easy but the little funnel to place the oil in the generator could be about 4 inches longer. Once all the steps to start up the generator were completed it started right up. I read a lot of reviews of this and other generators and this one lives up to all them.

This generator arrived in perfect shape and was easy to assemble, just requiring a few minutes. The electric start is very handy too. We haven't used it for an extended period yet but since it's transfer switch ready we're installing one shortly and will be ready for the next outage.

This is a very nice generator! Just recently purchased it so I have not yet had to use it very much, but I'm very impressed with the solid build and apparent quality. Looks great, too! It was very easy to assemble - installed the feet and wheels, plugged in the battery, added oil and gas and it fired right up! For this large of a generator it seems to me to run really quietly, especially compared to a previous generator that I owned of a different brand. The remote start is also a great feature that you don't find on other portable generators. I plan to have a manual transfer switch installed so I can easily hook this generator up tp power my house during an emergency, as it has plenty of power to run most of the necessities and then some. I really hope that I rarely have to use it that way, but it sure brings piece of mind knowing I have this generator when the need arise.

easy assembly, filled with fuel started right up i have used three times totaling 198 hours the last time it ran almost continuously 116 hours only stopping to refuel change the oil clean the filter. noise level comparable to my lawn mower overall very happy with this unit

I love the remote start/push button start. Added oil, gas, put the wheels on and it fired right up no hesitation which is what I want in a generator. I plan on installing a transfer switch and am hoping this generator powers the whole house including the electric dryer, the dryer is the only item in my house I can't us when I switch to generator power. So, fingers crossed!

Perfect complete back-up unit for normal home during outages. We have MANY power outages & our old generator was stolen. Surfed the web for many days prior to purchasing my Westinghouse WGen7500 unit. Well constructed, more features for the price, & great reviews from seller CUSTOMERS. Smooth running performance & quieter than old unit. I am almost impossible to satisfy & I highly recommend this generator.
