I'd love to review this Pergola but because Sam's Club customer service and shipping is so terrible I STILL haven't received it. When I call customer service to get an update they act like they don't care and just blow me off. If I were to ever order this Pergola again I would go anywhere else besides Sam's Club. What a terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Sturdy Design with Quality material. Assembly was easy tho the first louver placement was a little tricky, but after that it went together fairly quickly with 2 people. Only issue were a few minor scratches on surface probably from shipping, which also was quick.
