The breading is well seasoned and saltier than traditional breadcrumbs, which gives more flavor to the meat. I used Tilapia and the flavor was great! It was easy to apply and fried up nicely in the skillet.

However, this is my first time trying their seasoned panko mix, and I have to say that I am impressed. I love the packaging and how it is resealable, and the panko itself is crispy and flavorful and great for coating chicken. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband used this as his seasoning for steaks. It gives a really nice cherry and the caramel gives it a nice sweet flavor. This was pretty easy to use, he just added it directly to the meat and then grilled it. You don’t need a lot so one container would last a while.
