The pills have a nasty smell to them, and they are quite big. However I tried these and actually had a good nights rest. I didn't wake up tired either like I do sometimes from taking melatonin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this to work so bad. This did not work for me at all. I tried it 4 different nights, I had zero caffeine as well. I took two pills 2 hours before bed and I feel these made my night worse. I could not fall asleep at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I don's have THAT much trouble sleeping, but I have taken Force Factor Somnapure a couple of times and it does help me relax and fall asleep when I'm feeling restless. Since I don't have major issues falling asleep, maybe it was hard for me to formulate an opinion, but I didn't feel that it was much different from other OTC sleep aids.

I also don't like that you're supposed to take them 30-60 minutes before bedtime- I don't always remember until right before I go to bed. Sometimes I slept well and sometimes I didn't, but I prefer the melatonin I had been taking.

One of the active ingredients listed is chamomile, and the pills definitely smell like chamomile tea. I'm happy with it!

I have slept well and throughout the night each time I've taken it! I would highly recommend it. I did not wake up drowsy either.

I will say that it did indeed help me fall asleep faster as this tends to be an issue for me but it didn't help me stay asleep I awoke about 5 hours later and felt tired still and had trouble going back to sleep after that and just felt groggy.

I took the product at 9:45pm, but about 10:10 I felt a little off, kinda fuzzy. I did fall asleep right after and slept through the night, I did have some weird dreams. I woke up and felt a little groggy.. not as I do with melatonin. I tried these 2 night in a row and the second night was very similar to the first .

I wake up feeling well rested after using Sommapure and would definitely recommend this product. I would have given it 5 stars if i wasn't already using a product that works just as well but works to help me fall asleep faster.
