Usually my mind is out in the fields counting sheep for hours before relaxing but lately I've been able to put the sheep to rest and leave the counting for the daylight hours :) Great Product.

Maybe because it also has chamomile in it and I only took 1 pill as opposed to the 2 they suggest. I also like that it is not habit-forming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been able to take this a handful of times due to my on call responsibilities with work, but I've found that if I take one around 30 minutes before I want to sleep, I will be asleep and will stay asleep for close to 8 hours (unless my alarm goes off beforehand). I've not yet felt any side effects, and will continue using in the future to make sure I catch up on the sleep I so often miss out on.

Meaning I did wake up during the night but was able to go back to bed without any issues. So twice out of the three times I took this supplement I was sleepy throughout the next day. I don't know if it was because of the supplements or just my body. I will continue to try to find out.

When I tried Somnapure, I found that it somewhat reliably helped me get to sleep when I otherwise might not have been able to, and I slept through the night. I'm uncertain if I need a sleep aid that has such a long list of ingredients, but I appreciate that a dose of Somnapure (2 tablets) contains 3g of melatonin, which is a standard amount, as well as chamomile flower extract and the amino acid l-theanine. After taking this, I always awoke feeling refreshed, so I keep a bottle of this in my nightstand drawer for the nights I'm lying awake in my bed, wondering if I'll be able to sleep. Now, I don't have to wonder anymore! I wish I could purchase a larger bottle as the 30-tablet bottle is only a 15-day supply.
