It has allowed me to get off other products I have used in the past for sleep aid (e.g. melatonin and other supplements). I felt it worked as described, allowing me to fall asleep faster than usual and stay asleep throughout the night. 4/5 stars.

I take two of tablets when I'm ready to wind down, and I drift off within 20-30 minutes. I wake up we'll rested without the grogginess that some sleep aids can cause. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had trouble sleeping for the last decade. I have trouble falling asleep and I end up watching TV late into the night. I also have a lot of trouble staying asleep, and tend to wake up 3 or 4 hours later, unable to go back to sleep. I've tried melatonin, ZzzQuil, and several other sleep aids with no luck. I've tried several types of pillows, sound machines, and diets to help. Nothing worked. So, I didn't have very high expectations with Somnapure. I was pleasantly surprised the first night when I fell asleep a bit faster than normal and I slept through the night! I can't wait to try it when I'm traveling, as that's where I tend to have the most trouble. I would recommend this product to my family and friends as a natural, non-habit forming alternative to prescription pills.

While it didn't really help me fall asleep faster it did a great job of allowing me to stay asleep. I had a very restful and long lasting sleep. I generally awaken several times throughout the night, but with Somapure I slept right through.

When I take the Somnapure I stay asleep all night. For me I take an extra one on top of the two they recommend. Because the two doesn't work quite enough to keep me asleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous about this product as most "sleep aids" make me feel drowsy in the morning. This helped me fall asleep fast but not a drastic drop. I slept the entire night with little restlessness where I usually have a lot of restlessness. I woke up without any drowsiness! Love it and def recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It normally takes me almost an hour to fall asleep. After taking some a somnapure for 2 weeks I now fall asleep in about 30 minutes. Definitely needed this to help regulate my sleep schedule since I went from working day shift to night shift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mother of two young children and a dog, I have no problem falling asleep, it's the staying asleep through to the night that gets me. Somnapure 2 has helped with that without leaving me feeling groggy or in a haze in the morning. When it's time to get up and go, I don't need to feel like I can barely function because I'm still feeling the effects of a sleep aid. I didn't experience that with somnapure. I have been sleeping great and don't have any hangover effects. And finally sleeping through the night has me going through out the day.

I'm not sure from my own usage and it does want you to take it an hour before sleeping whereas other aids I've used in the past say to take then 15 minutes before instead so that's important to note.
