I would take 1 approximately 30 minutes before bed and I was falling asleep so hard, slept all night and felt very rested in the am! The only downfall is that if did take two, I slept too good and would have a hard time waking up and felt a little groggy. I will say that I rarely get 8+ hours a night so maybe if someone was getting more sleep, 2 wouldn't effect them like it did me!

I take a ton of stimulants throughout the day and find it hard to fall asleep at night. Somnapure is the only thing I have found that allows me to fall asleep fast and stay asleep. I wake up every morning feeling rested and refreshed. Nothing else I have tried has been able to give me anywhere close to the quality of sleep as Somnapure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first night I tried this I took only one and found that I got a fairly restful night's sleep. The next time I tried two as recommended and while I slept fine without waking I did feel a bit sore in the morning. It was the feeling as though I "slept wrong" and my husband mentioned I tossed and turned a bit. I got the same results again with a second test. One worked fine for me and I was able to get up during the night with my daughter without feeling groggy which is huge plus to me. The smell is pretty strong, but they don't leave a bad taste in your mouth so I recommend just hold your nose if it bothers you.

These pills work fine without Benedryl. I would highly recommend for everyone to try. I will be using these from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried EVERYTHING non-prescription. All of the chemicals have side effects that eventually make them untenable. And, all of the single herbals simply don't work. So I moved on to combination herbals and began to find some efficacy. Somnapure is the best of the combination herbals I've tried. It definitely makes me groggy and puts me to sleep in a timely manner. Now, it doesn't keep me asleep; but, when I do wake up, Somnapure enables me to go back to sleep very quickly, which was one of the biggest drawbacks to all the other sleep aids I've tried. I'd wake up and stay up. With Somnapure, I snuggle back into bed and be back in dreamland post haste. And, I wake up pretty chipper. My biggest worry is that I won't be able to find it again. I've already started looking for it and will keep the bottle until I find it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Force Factor Somnapure for several nights and it did help me fall asleep faster. I still woke up a few times in the night, but most nights I was able to fall back asleep. On one night, however, my racing thoughts were too strong for the Somnapure to mellow me back out again, but at least I slept soundly for six hours before that happened. Overall, I think it's a good product and I definitely slept more soundly with it than without it.

This worked great though - my only issue was the smell of the tablets. Definitely had a 'all-natural' odor to them - but it's not like you smell it after you take them. I would buy these again.
