[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had difficulty sleeping. Normally that does not caused any issues in my daily life as I was able to get about 4-5 hours of sleep. The problem comes in when either I have a meeting morning next day or have to appear for some certification exam. I have been using Melatonin for the past 2 years plus tried some Non-habitual syrups also, but unfortunately did not helped me a lot. This product surprisingly is much better than the others I have used. 2 pills - knocked out till morning!! I hope this does not cause any habit.

I noticed that I don't wake up feeling so groggy and tired as other supplements have for me, instead I just feel pretty fresh and ready to start my day. I haven't noticed any side effects, I will say it has helped me a whole lot especially feeling more relaxed before I sleep, overall I would recommended it!!

I try to avoid it when I can, and I feel it helps me better in the long run. There are those times when I do unfortunately need to reach for something. Normally I take an Advil PM, but I was sent these to free review in exchange for my opinion. A few things. Yes. It works. That is if you are one to not take sleep aids regularly. As I stated, I do not, so it worked very well for me. My husband on the other hand, stated it didn't work well at all for him. He takes multiple melatonin or pm's each night, sometimes both as he can't sleep without. After giving it a go a few times, he gave up and went back to his norm. It's scent. If you gag easily and can't take supplements with bad odors, I suggest you pass on this one. I'm assuming the unpleasant sent comes from the valerian root. Price point. It's kinda up there. For a 60 count bottle it is $29.99. In my opinion, that's a bit steep. If you've tried everything else then maybe give us a go... but if you're not one for spending a lot, I'd say stick to melatonin.

When I first started to use it, I did not notice any changes until one week after. The pill itself reminds me of a multivitamin in shape and texture. After about a week of taking these supplements, I finally started to notice I was getting a better quality of sleep. I was starting to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer, even with nighttime distractions. One of my favorite things about this supplement was that it did not leave me groggy in the mornings and is not habit forming. I have always had issues with sleep and most natural sleep aids do not help, so I was a bit skeptical at first, but really happy that I stuck with it, giving it time to work for me. I have already repurchased force factor and take it daily about a half hour before I go to bed. My energy levels are much higher, I can get much more done throughout the day and best of all I just feel better.

You need to take 2 at bedtime. I was skeptical but this product works better than other products on the market like Zzzquil. It always put me to sleep within a hour of taking the pills. I wake up refreshed with no aftermath. Would definitely recommend to otgers!

I've changed jobs, and life is better, but unforgettably my stress went on for so long, that I re-worked my sleep schedule. Somnapure Natural Sleep Aid by Force Factor really helped with this issue. I had been using some over-the-counter sleep aids, but was left very groggy the next day. This product has helped me stay asleep naturally and I wake up feeling rested, but not over rested. After about three weeks of use, I stopped using Somnapsure Natural Sleep Aid, and was able to retain the sleep cycle, something that i have been waiting to adjust for almost a year at this point. The only downside was the pills are Very Large. I don't mind, but I can see this being an issue to some people.

I don't have to dab anymore with the use of these and i get to keep my senses until I am ready to knock out. Pop 2 of these about 30 minutes before I'm ready to go to bed and I am off to Sleepland! So I made sure I brought these along, and I am incredibly thankful that I did. I was able to fall asleep, and stay asleep, each night in the hotel. My husband did not take any, and he said that he was up several times in the middle of the night, hearing noises from outside our room, or just for lack of being able to stay asleep.
