It does help me fall asleep but it makes me feel groggy in the morning which it says is not supposed to happen. I've taken a simple melatonin before and that seems to work better for me than this product. I looked at the amount of melatonin in this product in addition to the other supplements in it and I think maybe the does of melatonin is too high. I usually only take 5mg and I believe this had more than that in it plus other things. Perhaps this would be good for someone who has tried melatonin alone and has not had success falling asleep.

After taking Force Factor Somnapure, I was happy with how well it worked. I took it about an hour before I went to bed and could feel myself start to relax. I fell asleep fairly quickly and stayed asleep. In the morning, I wasn't groggy or tired. I felt like I got a great night sleep because I actually did! Somnapure does exactly what the label claims.

So I made sure I brought these along, and I am incredibly thankful that I did. I was able to fall asleep, and stay asleep, each night in the hotel. My husband did not take any, and he said that he was up several times in the middle of the night, hearing noises from outside our room, or just for lack of being able to stay asleep.

I had been using some over-the-counter sleep aids, but was left very groggy the next day. This product has helped me stay asleep naturally and I wake up feeling rested, but not over rested. After about three weeks of use, I stopped using Somnapsure Natural Sleep Aid, and was able to retain the sleep cycle, something that i have been waiting to adjust for almost a year at this point. The only downside was the pills are Very Large. I don't mind, but I can see this being an issue to some people.

I've tried different sleep aid medications before but they either did not really work or made me feel tired the next day. This natural sleeping aid is absolutely phenomenal! Not only does it help me fall asleep and stay asleep, like it claims, but it also helps me switch off at night. Some nights my mind just seems to be running and I just can't seem to shut it off. Once I take this medicine within a half hour I can already feel my mind calming down and it's even went as far as to help me with my anxiety is somewhat. When I first started to use it, I did not notice any changes until one week after. The pill itself reminds me of a multivitamin in shape and texture. After about a week of taking these supplements, I finally started to notice I was getting a better quality of sleep. I was starting to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer, even with nighttime distractions. One of my favorite things about this supplement was that it did not leave me groggy in the mornings and is not habit forming. I have always had issues with sleep and most natural sleep aids do not help, so I was a bit skeptical at first, but really happy that I stuck with it, giving it time to work for me. I have already repurchased force factor and take it daily about a half hour before I go to bed. My energy levels are much higher, I can get much more done throughout the day and best of all I just feel better.

I took the pills about 30 minutes before bedtime and slept great thru the night and woke up with no "sleeping aide" hangover. That said, I did have a few problems with the product. First, the pills are too big and hard for me to swallow. I struggle with bill size. Secondly, I wish they were a liquid gel versus pressed ingredient form. Overall, I am happy with the results and would recommend these to someone who is having trouble sleeping.

I was skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised that it seems to work. The biggest thing I noticed is that nights I took Somnapure I was able to stay asleep; I wake you around 1 or 2am often and generally have a hard time falling back asleep. I may have fallen asleep slightly faster, but not a dramatic improvement. Overall I am happy with the results. I did receive a sample bottle to try, but my opinions are my own.
