The one thing I would say is that it seemed to take longer to work and therefore I was a bit more groggy when waking up after an 8 hour sleep. Other than that, I am happy to see that they are made with natural ingredients and are overall a great product!

It usually takes me a while to fall asleep at night and I don't often wake up feeling refreshed. After taking Somnapure nearly every night, I didn't notice a difference. The pills are a little on the large side and you are supposed to take two each evening. They have a little bit of an unpleasant taste, but not awful. This sleep aid may be great, it just didn't seem to work for me.

I suffer from insomnia and tend to have a hard time falling and staying asleep. I have tried numerous amount of products to aid me in this problem and they work well but tend to leave me feeling groggy the next morning and sluggish during the day. There were some nights when I slept well/didn't wake up repeatedly. I sleep good, no bad dreams, and wake up without any grogginess. The only downside is the smell of the actual pill and aftertaste. You're asleep so you're not really tasting anything and it's gone when you wake up. I've tried these four times now and I definitely recommend!

I've not yet felt any side effects, and will continue using in the future to make sure I catch up on the sleep I so often miss out on.

Meaning I did wake up during the night but was able to go back to bed without any issues. So twice out of the three times I took this supplement I was sleepy throughout the next day. I don't know if it was because of the supplements or just my body. I will continue to try to find out.

When I tried Somnapure, I found that it somewhat reliably helped me get to sleep when I otherwise might not have been able to, and I slept through the night. I'm uncertain if I need a sleep aid that has such a long list of ingredients, but I appreciate that a dose of Somnapure (2 tablets) contains 3g of melatonin, which is a standard amount, as well as chamomile flower extract and the amino acid l-theanine. After taking this, I always awoke feeling refreshed, so I keep a bottle of this in my nightstand drawer for the nights I'm lying awake in my bed, wondering if I'll be able to sleep. Now, I don't have to wonder anymore! I wish I could purchase a larger bottle as the 30-tablet bottle is only a 15-day supply.
