[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have difficulty going to sleep and sometimes sleeping through the night. My doctor recommended melatonin at a dose of 3-10 mg per night. This has 4mg plus some other helpful ingredients for sleep/relaxation and works quite well most of the time. However, I still wake up during the night a few nights,2-4, a week. But it is still much better than anything else I have tried. Melatonin alone does not work for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that this product helped me fall asleep quicker and I seemed to stay asleep much better than normal. I did notice it was slightly more difficult to 'wake up' but I wasn't groggy like I would be taking other sleep meds.

There were some nights when I slept well/didn't wake up repeatedly. But this was no different from what I was experiencing prior to taking Somnapure - some good nights of sleep and some bad nights of sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to use Melatonin to sleep. This Force Factor Somnapure worked just as well to help me fall asleep. The only downside for me is I usually use dissolvable Melatonin because I feel it works better.

I found Somnapure was very helpful in falling asleep faster without feeling bad the next morning. I'm going to continue to use this product in hopes that it continues to help me sleep and stay asleep!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have tried this in three different occasions. It does work and helps put me to sleep fast, but doesn't knock you out... Meaning I did wake up during the night but was able to go back to bed without any issues. So twice out of the three times I took this supplement I was sleepy throughout the next day. I don't know if it was because of the supplements or just my body. I will continue to try to find out.

Whenever I take Somnapure I stay asleep longer and feel rested when I wake up. Somnapure makes sure my days are more productive and my nights are more relaxing. I would definitely recommend it. It didn't work every single time, but the majority of the days it was very helpful, so I definitely rate it at least four stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time talking and staying asleep most nights. I was scared to take these at first, but was having a hard time falling asleep. It was 2 am and I had to get up for work in 4 hours... I decided to finally try these pills. They taste terrible and have a weird after taste... But they worked. Within 10 minutes I started to feel sleepy and when u woke up I felt like I had actually slept. I have used them a few times since then and Everytime they work like a charm.
