I thought that the bakery department did a wonderful job. The only thing is the employee in the bakery department was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there.

The cupcakes were great! However, I did a curbside order with several other items and I even called the day before to reassure that they would be brought out to my car. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone reassured me they would be brought out, as the app said to pick them up in the bakery. They weren’t. But the kind young lady went in and got them for me. The Best cupcakes- they taste great and how cool that your membership comes with so many fun options for bdays/ special occasions. I was surprised when I went to the bakery and they showed me all the options. At the party everyone was asking who did them. We did the Stitch ones and Princess. This made my someone else would have been so much more money. Sam’s for the win! $16 bucks for 30

The cupcakes was very moist.

Everyone loves it when I being in Sam's Club cupcakes and so do I. They are always fresh, decorated beautifully, and taste great. It was the perfect dessert for our baby shower.

Cupcakes are moist but this cupcakes are for the 1st grade class ,on the picture all cupcakes have rings when I picked it up only half of them have rings disappointed I asked about it because this are for the kids and I was told that they ran out , imagine half of the class will be whining coz they will be no ring on their cupcakes.

First off i hate having to go online to select my cake and purchase! There must be a better way to make people accountable for what they order, maybe suspend privileges? The cupcakes have gotten way smaller and the icing taste different, not as creamy and good as it used to. I don’t like the colors offered. The selection is also not as extensive as it once was. The only reason we still use Sam’s is because schools only allow store bought cakes in the school. Otherwise I would not order again!

The cupcakes were missing the Lilo and Stich decoration. When we picked them up at the appointed time hey said that they ran out. We were not given a phone call to let us know ahead of time. We were heading directly to the Lilo and Stitch themed birthday party, so we showed up with cupcakes with no decorations. The kids were very disappointed. Next time we are going elsewhere.

I was not happy with the way they were package. I dropped the entire case and I didn't even have time to go back in because I was running late. I had to clean up the entire car. It was a mess. They only use one little strip of tape for the top and they are very heavy cupcakes.

Cupcakes didn’t have the toppers we requested. No one called the day before they, called the day of pick up.
