The children really enjoyed them. They were fresh and made on time and the frosting did not taste bitter or did not have an aftertaste.

I thought that the bakery department did a wonderful job. The only thing is the employee in the bakery department was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there.

We bought these for my second graders birthday treat for school. They were decorated so cute, delicious, inexpensive and the students loved them! Easy to carry container too.

First off i hate having to go online to select my cake and purchase! There must be a better way to make people accountable for what they order, maybe suspend privileges? The cupcakes have gotten way smaller and the icing taste different, not as creamy and good as it used to. I don’t like the colors offered. The selection is also not as extensive as it once was. The only reason we still use Sam’s is because schools only allow store bought cakes in the school. Otherwise I would not order again!

The cupcakes were missing the Lilo and Stich decoration. When we picked them up at the appointed time hey said that they ran out. We were not given a phone call to let us know ahead of time. We were heading directly to the Lilo and Stitch themed birthday party, so we showed up with cupcakes with no decorations. The kids were very disappointed. Next time we are going elsewhere.

Cupcakes didn’t have the toppers we requested. No one called the day before they, called the day of pick up.
