I've always ordered cakes here, but for this cake the character sheet wasn't laid properly, it was wrinkled. I just collected it because i was in a hurry that morning. The birthday girl wasn't happy.

It was dry, i was very disappointed. And they got my order wrong i asked for whipped cream frosting and they gave me buttercream

This was a terrible experience. My granddaughters birthday cake was a disaster. The entire kit was missing and a replacement that was bety ugly was placed on it. Ive ordered from the bakery over 30 times the last two years and I was disappointed. My Barbie cupcakes werent even made for my baby. I had to inconveniently return the next day tp get my order anx the cake was still a mess. It was covered with another layer of something. The black lady refused to give me a refund and sais she could only give me $8.00 back and I paid $40.00. I took the stuff made becsude i had an hour before tbe party. This order was placed two weeks in advance. I will not place another order with this bakery. The rudeness of the manager or whatever her title was was unacceptable and very unprofessional.

This cake was HORRIBLE!!!!!! It didn't have a taste at all!!! My baby cried and we had to throw the cake away
