SO, SO glad I "found" these bars. I ABSOLUTELY L-O-V-E them. I,at first, thought they were only "intended' for breakfast since "Breakfast Bars" are on the package but, after reading some reviews, I realized they may be enjoyed any time of day/night...COOL! Both flavors are delicious so I recommend anyone who needs and/or wants a protein snack to try them..."You will be glad you did!"
