Perfect size Kind Bar. I like them for a snack. Tastes great.

Both flavors taste good. Though it's little I drink water or milk with it and stay satisfied until lunch or later.

I was a little disappointed in the texture and they fell apart as you ate them. Not much taste either. I would not buy again
