It is easy to use for having its spray mechanism which delivers a fine mist that does not feel harsh or irritating. Within a few days of consistent use I experienced noticeable relief from congestion, sneezing and itchy eyes. It gives relief without any drowsiness. I did experience a slight dryness in my nasal passages after prolonged use but it wasn’t bothersome enough to outweigh the benefits. This has become a staple in my allergy management routine. I like the size of the pump, it makes it easier to administer and the nozzle gets the medicine where it needs to be. Really no room for error. I only had ti pump it twice to “prime” it. has a slight floral smell which is one of the active ingredients. Overall highly effective in clearing things up!

Within seconds I get relief from allergies and sinus issues... During pollen season its a must have as I hate using sinus pills/ meds. They give me the jitters and not good for high blood pressure. I've tried all other sprays and Flonase is the only one that works without side affects..l only wish it was a bit more affordable...
