I pop two squeezes into each nostril, and it becomes working after a couple of mins and stops running noses and sneezing. Like it so far. But one squeeze per nostril doesn’t seem to work for me. This is the only thing that helped my congestion when I was sick. Very affordable and easy to find. Has helped me with multi-symptom indoor and outdoor relief during allergy season. Cute packaging and great scent. No side effects.

After using the nasal spray, I can breath easier and feel more comfortable. I do travel for work a lot and find myself in all parts of the country. So far Flonase been the one allergy relief medicine that gets me going. Just like with any medication, I confirmed with my doctor that this nasal spray is right for me and recommend you do the same. The bottle is small enough to take it with when traveling and made with bright colors so it can be spotted quickly even with watering or itchy eyes.

I love this product! I have had severe allergies for as long as i can remember. I have taken every allergy medication you can think of but nothing has come close to Flonase. Any great allergy meds are drowsy and I work full time so unfortunately I can't take them before work. Flonase is great! I spray each nostril once a day and I'm good ALL DAY LONG! I prefer to use Flonase because it is really effective at helping me breathe easy. My doctor recommended I use it in the morning and at night, and it doesn't have an overwhelming scent that irritates me. They recently redesigned their packaging which is so much easier to open compared to the plastic packaging I'd have to fight to open before. One bottle lasts me a long time, and I can also use my FSA card on it so it's a great value for me.

I have used it for years, never had any side effects, and my goto. Shake it well and one pump in each nostril. Whether it's seasonal allergies or pollen is high. It always works.
