I have year round allergies and this made my nose stuffy and voice raspy 24/7. It also made me feel sick all the time as if I had a cold. Flonase worked well for me in terms of helping me cope with grass pollen allergies but I stopped taking out of concern of using a corticosteroid chronically. I would need to see data on how much is absorbed systemically (hopefully none but doubtful) before taking again. As a 60 year old women I am concerned about the effects of corticosteroids on bone density, muscle loss, and cataract formation.

It’s more of a stream spray than a mist which is why I gave one less star. Otherwise the product works as intended and I would recommend for fast allergy relief.
