The extra wide depressor makes it more comfortable to use than other nasal sprays. There is a slight, not annoying fragrance somewhat like lilacs. I've had allergies my whole life and have been stuck on allergy pills along with nose drops and never been really satisfied with my results. I have tried so many different allergy medications only to have some last a few months or maybe even a year. One day I was desperate and decided to give FLONASE a try.. OMGOODNESS!!! I have never been happier with the results. I usually HATE nose drops because the minute they go in they come right back out!! With FLONASE it goes up and stays up PLUS I no longer have to take other allergy medication!! How awesome is that?! I love FLONASE so much that any time I hear friends or family having allergy problems I suggest FONASE. I also encourage them to follow instructions included because so many people think a few times and they are cured when that is not the case.
