It was effective the first time I used it was such a relief to only use it once, in the morning.Just a shot in each nostril. Sudafed and Claritin were relatively ineffective.No more blowing my nose throughout the day. The chemicals (Sudafed and Claritin) plus my regular meds are hard on my liver.

I did not care for the after smell, as it was a chemical like smell. The producers last for most of the 24hrs, but I felt it wore out before the time was up.
