The instructions are clear and easy to understand. The liquid mist does not irritate my nose and has minimal discharge if you spray it correctly. I read the instructions and found them very simple, making the product easy to use. The scent was pleasant and a spray in each nostril gave me allergy symptom relief in about 5 minutes. I initially noticed my nasal passage opened up and it was easier for me to breathe without having any sneezing or sniffling. In addition to unstopping my sinuses, it helps with itchy watery eyes. I also have sneezing and it controls the itchy, nose and sneezing as well. it doesn’t really help me with the runny nose. However, it does keep me congestion free for up to 24 hours. It’s also said to help with allergies to animals and indoor allergens as well. I like it and I would definitely recommend it. The more you use it the less congested you are. So it does take a little bit of time to get used to it. I don’t have any side effects from it. It does not make me feel loopy. One spray and each nostril is all it takes. Try for yourself for allergy relief. Also no aftertaste or major drainage.
