Effective almost immediately after spraying directly in the nasal passages and lasted a good amount of time (12-14 hours for me). I keep it with me all the time especially when I’m traveling. I was thrilled to receive this, as I have been struggling with seasonal allergies this spring. It was packaged very well. The bottle, cap and nozzle all seemed to be top quality. I read the instructions and found them very simple, making the product easy to use. The scent was pleasant and a spray in each nostril gave me allergy symptom relief in about 5 minutes. I initially noticed my nasal passage opened up and it was easier for me to breathe without having any sneezing or sniffling. This was my first time using Flonase and its active ingredient (Glucocorticoid). It was very effective and provided my with relief for the remainder of the day. Anything that works this well is a great value for the money, in my opinion. Awesome product!

I suffer from chronic allergies through the year. When I can't get to the generic prescription version, I always rely on Flonase to pull me through. They're literally the same thing, just without the brand name. Flonase, itself, does an amazing job at curbing a lot of my sneezing, itchy, and runny nose symptoms, in the event I took my Xyzal a little too late. I have had chronic symptoms for an extended period of time. I've tried every over the counter treatment you can imagine, including generic fluticasone. After talking to y doctor and having him give me a sample to try, I'm sold on this product. My symptoms are not 100% gone, but my life has dramatically improved.
