Works immediately and drain is not bad at all. I usually spray each nostril early morning when I'm at my worst and the rest of the day is free from being clogged up. The area I live in makes me feel like I have horrible allergies all year so Flonase has become the best and quickest method to clear my congested nose so far.

My daughter has seasonal allergies,and pet allergies.Ever time her allergies act up she would get a sinus infection,Have had to cut vacations short because of allergies,now that we tried flonase we can travel, visit,fewer days school missed,plus she can breathe instant u use it,thank you :-)

I would recommend Flonase because it works. I suffer from allergies year round but have spikes where my allergies are extra bad. That's where Flonase comes in. When I'm having a bad allergy day, I start the day off with 2 sprays of Flonase and it calms everything down as if I didn't have any problems at all. I use it along with my Doctor recommended antihistimine and it works wonders. This product has literally changed my life. No longer am I a prisoner in my own home afraid to go out because of allergies. Now I can live!! Thank you Flonase for giving me my life back.

Living in the north east in the spring time I am constantly battling allergies and this nasal spray is a game changer. I feel that it almost instantly helps and I notice I don’t feel as great on the days I forget to use it. I’ve been a long time user and will continue! It’s worth the cost to relieve some allergy symptoms.

Took this as recommended by my ent doctor and soon after starting it I began to feel a very strange pain in my testicles consistently for two or three weeks until I stopped taking Flonase. Be aware of this side effect which is painful and very scary as I thought maybe I was getting testicular cancer or something.
