[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had high hopes for these but there are some definitive flaws that are worth mentioning: the fit of the top of the earbuds is not the most comfortable - they rub on my ears and cause discomfort with time; the quality of the audio is not the best, the sound felt muted and not as loud as in any other earbuds I've used before. On the positive, these earbuds hold a charge really well, and the transparency mode worked well for my walks outside. For how much these are being sold for, they left much to be desired.

I love my red Beats Pro so much. They are comfortable, great sound and nice features. I assumed the pro 2 would be an upgrade. Quite the opposite. The slimmer design pinches the top of my ear, the sound is not great, AND they kept disconnecting from my phone. Seriously, all of the bad, none of the good. Buy pro gen 1, not this garbage.

Cell quality is not as good as AirPods Pro. Noise cancellation is not good not worth the prize especially when you could get AirPods Pro for less.

I have small ears and tge extra small fitting fits perfectly along with it wrapping around my ears. I finally found earbuds i can wear that stay in and on my ears.

The best and soft in my ears.
