They seem to work ok. The quality isn't $250 good. They don't produce bass. The hands free speakers is okay if you talk loud. I would not recommend or by again.

Full transparency: I've had 2 sets of PBPro2's now. I wasn't sure about the sound, so I returned the first set I bought, then I decided to try another set and did the fit test, swapped the ear tips…. And now I think they sound really good.

These are absolutely terrible value for a 200 dollar pair of headphones. Over engineered for features no one wanted, but they are uncomfortable to wear and the sound quality is absolutely horrible. There is zero bass, and it is literally painful to listen to the sound these things produce. I'd pay $17.99 for these at most

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't get them to connect to my Samsung S23 after I connected it to my IPad Pro. Once I did connect it to my phone, the volume on both stopped working. This was on the same day I bought them. I took them straight back and got some Bose.
