I love my red Beats Pro so much. They are comfortable, great sound and nice features. I assumed the pro 2 would be an upgrade. Quite the opposite. The slimmer design pinches the top of my ear, the sound is not great, AND they kept disconnecting from my phone. Seriously, all of the bad, none of the good. Buy pro gen 1, not this garbage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't get them to connect to my Samsung S23 after I connected it to my IPad Pro. Once I did connect it to my phone, the volume on both stopped working. This was on the same day I bought them. I took them straight back and got some Bose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had high hopes for these but there are some definitive flaws that are worth mentioning: the fit of the top of the earbuds is not the most comfortable - they rub on my ears and cause discomfort with time; the quality of the audio is not the best, the sound felt muted and not as loud as in any other earbuds I've used before. On the positive, these earbuds hold a charge really well, and the transparency mode worked well for my walks outside. For how much these are being sold for, they left much to be desired.
