I reviewed this bed a month ago. See my previous review. This is a great bed. Not too firm, not too soft

By far the best mattress I have purchased. It is a FIRM mattress, so if you're not into firm do not buy it. I struggle with back pain while sleeping on my stomach. I can lay on this mattress all night long without pain. LOVE it!!!!

This bed is stiff when you first get it, but after about a week it is the best bed ever! It is so comfortable and I've never slept better. I would highly recommend

I love it! We had the 12” and it was a little too firm for me. This one is perfect! Soft yet very supportive. It didn't rise to 14” though. It's at 13” but it's comfortable.

We bought our King Size Serta a month ago and finally got our new bed to try it on. Since that night, we haven't slept better in years. We had an old Serta that was a little worn out and it was good while it lasted. Unfortunately, it just didn't have what the modern beds have and that is firm comfort allover. We bought this one and from the first night, I knew how much better it was than the other mattress. Now, I can't wait to go to bed each night, knowing how great my sleep is going to be.

This mattress helps my aching back. This is individual to me, however. The Serta is a soft mattress. The edges are soft. On my first day with the mattress, I tried to sit at the edge of the bed & went right to the floor because the edge is cushy. Overall, however, I like the mattress because of the comfort it brings to my back. I am a back sleeper. It does not seem to hold heat. One more observation. This is not the easiest mattress to change sleep positions. If you want a mattress that is easy to turn over on from a reclined position, this is probably not a good choice.
