Beautiful but mode mechanism not working correctly

It is clicking loud. We think it is broke. Something in the motor mechanism. Just put it up today. How can we get this problem solved We love it and want to keep her. They are out of stock now

This decorations looks cool but...

Unfortunately the ghost stopped moving. It seems like the gears were getting stuck. Then the welded part just snapped. Very disappointing, lasted only 2 weeks.

Disappointed! Does not work

Love the look of the ghost! Was so excited to get it together! It does not work. No noise, no lights, nothing! So disappointed!!
