Took over 6 hours to assemble. I am and ME and average Joe is not putting this together. They will return to store. Cutouts were not cut. Flashing remaining on almost every piece. Metal parts warped. Had to disassemble and reassemble the Back because it was assembled without fixing the cutouts.

I’ll admit I’m more of a “Mr. Make-it-more-broken” than Mr. Fix-it, but I generally am able to handle simpler tasks. The printed instructions are pretty poor, the online ones are a bit better but there’s very few written instructions, just pictures. The worst thing was when it instructed me to click the two ends onto the base, I couldn’t tell that the rail was supposed to go inside the corner of the end piece and the two holes are supposed to line up. I wound up jamming the pieces together, partially cutting through the plastic on the end piece rather than fitting the rail inside (which was really tight anyway). I was eventually able to get it together and after much time and it frustration

I bought this over a month ago and found this faulty part in the box. I contacted Keter via email and followed up with a phone call. I received a claim number but have still not received the replacement part. I wanted to start using this a month ago, and today, the opened box is still on my porch waiting.

I drove 50 Miles Round Trip and purchased membership at the Torrance Ca Sams Club to get this for my kids birthday party. Agree opening it is became clear that this item was missing parts and had dirt on all the parts. seems like someone used it and returned. Does Sams Club re-sell returned items without early check in them for completeness etc.? very disappointing especially considering I have purchased a membership for this item and spent over $350 in the store today.

The plastic was brittle and when trying to snap a couple of pieces together it broke. Decided to move on and live with the broken piece, but that happened a second time. Brought the storage bench home this afternoon, now it is sitting in the trailer to go to the dump.
