Bought this about a month ago and picked up at the store but had to opt for assembling myself since otherwise wouldn't fit in vehicle. Directions were clear and easy to follow and was put together in about an hour. My only concern is that the hinge for the seat/storage area is just plastic snap in place and expect it will wear out quickly. Also given the flimsy hinge, the option of locking it is kind of pointless.

I like how the bench looks, although the pieces feel sort of flimsy coming out of the box. Assembly wasn’t difficult but it seemed like there were a lot of small pieces, like end caps, that could have been integrated into the design and saved some time and effort on the consumer end. I purchased this to store my son’s sandbox toys and it will do the trick. It’s sturdy enough, I think I expected it to be a bit more solid than it is though.

They look great, comfortable to sit on and the final test will come next spring. We purchased four so we could put all of our resin critters and flower pots in. And tuck them in a shelter between our house and garage. See if the spiders and mice can get to them?

Nice optional seating for our patio and under seat storage for our bird feed. Solid and sturdy. Assembly could have been simplified at the factory. Bench wasn't difficult to put together, but there was so much that could have been done in-factory to make things easier, without affecting shipping design. Sam's price was much better than other online retailers, but no one likes the increased cost of shipping, especially when this item could very easily be picked up at the local store. Over all, satisfied with purchase.

The little trouble I had with assembly is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.
