Getting rid of my gas washer

Works very well. Plenty of volume and pressure for a homeowner. Best of all it is quiet and you do not have to fiddle with hard to start gas motors.

I really like this power washer

The Cat 2200psi pressure washer worked great cleaning a large patio and sidewalks. The large wheels make it easy to move around. It's simple to use, has storage for the nozzles and hose and cord. The build quality seems better than other power washers I looked at. As with any electric power washer, be sure to have a large garden hose to supply adequate water volume.

A Cleaning Powerhouse

ook, I've wrestled with my fair share of wimpy pressure washers. You know the type – more spray than actual cleaning. But this CAT 2200PSI? It's different. Right out of the box, you can tell it's built tough. That turbo nozzle? Forget scrubbing, it just blasts away years of gunk like it's nothing. My patio, which looked like it had hosted a mud-wrestling tournament, was sparkling in no time. The hose reel is a lifesaver, no more fighting with tangled messes. And those big wheels? Made dragging it around the yard a breeze. Yeah, it's a bit noisy, and maybe the hose could be a tad longer, but honestly, the sheer power and how quickly it gets the job done makes up for it. If you're tired of weak sprays and want a pressure washer that actually lives up to its name, this CAT is the real deal. It's worth every penny.

Very good power washer

This “little” Cat power washer is awesome. I just used it to wash out cars and was extremely impressed with the results. It is compact and does not take up a lot of space. I am very happy we purchased this, great bang for the buck!

All in all the pressure washer is fine. But be aware that it does not deliver 2200 PSI to wash. The manual is clear, it operates at 1800 PSI. It would be better to be upfront and honest on what the actual working pressure is. By the way, those washers with a PWMA certification operate at the advertised pressure

You can spend more and get less

For the price, it is very well built (I am an engineer) and does a good job. Unlike some competitors, it has brass water fittings. Brass is self-lubricating and will prevent fitting corrosion and lockup. And the connections have reinforcing webs to prevent breakage if a hose gets pulled sideways, again unlike some competitors. I had high power gas pressure washers in a previous home which had a pool deck under a huge filthy Southern pine tree which continually dropped sap %26 junk. Having moved to a new 55 community, I no longer needed that level of power, but I was surprised how well this Cat washer performs, good pressure, good flow. I like the individual nozzles which aren't found anymore on even some much higher priced washers. I really like the soap dispenser which attaches to the wand end (quick disconnect) rather than siphoning soap through the pump as most do. Much easier for soaping then rinse cleaning. And it's relatively lightweight and easy to maneuver.
