I bought a vitamix machine a year ago and have been using it more than twice a week so far. I make green smoothie mainly for me and strawberry smoothie for kids. Compared to previous machines, it can be made very smoothly and quickly. The sound is powerful, but as I use it, I get used to it and I am very satisfied with it so far.

I LOVE my Vitamix blender. I purchased it in 1995 and I have to admit I am at fault for the one problem I had early on. I blended raw liver for dog treats in it and they liver membranes restricted the shaft and I blew the dang thing up! Warrenty replacement is still going. Pretty good investment, I'd say! Tip... blend liver, celery etc in a cheap blender!

I just purchased an cr A2500 and received it today. It looked just like a new one and I made a grape banana spinach smoothie. It is so smooth and my husband and mother in law even my two year old daughter love it so much. I will try some more recipes. Really happy to enjoy this one and it is definitely a life changing machine.

I bought mine during the pandemic. I had a department store brand blender. One thing I love is fresh gazpacho, I usually use three pounds of tomatoes along with bell pepper, garlic, bread, olive oil, onion and garlic and ice.. I would have to do this in three batches on the old machine and I could not walk away from the machine because the jar would unscrew itself from the bottom and product would be everywhere. The Vitamix machine, using a 64 oz container, I load up everything start the machine and walk away for 60 seconds and violas, nice, smooth delicious gazpacho and I don’t have to worry about the machine leaking or “walking away”. I’m 71 I bet the machine outlives me!

Vitamix A2500 was purchased after I have gone through so many brands and finally decided to try Vitamix. I called one of their customer service to advise me between the 2500 and 3500, we both agreed that 2500 will do the job, especially since 3500 was out of stock. The agent herself assured she uses the same blender and she gets the blending done. I have not regretted my choice, I purchased extra 2 containers- one dedicated to smoothies and the other a 48oz dry container. My only concern is the burning cable smell when you use the blender, other than than, it all good so far.

I received the item today however it came dead on arrival. I unpacked the item, plugged it into electricity and filled up the cup with water and soup. Then I went and chose the smoothie program + hit the play button and on screen it first showed the second count as 00:50, then 00:49, then E31. I was googling what the E31 error mean and it says the motor is dead, that’s when you get this error. Few seconds later and while I’m reading online I started to smell something is burning, I was looking at the blender and smoke was coming out of it. I also have a video with the leftover of smoke coming out which I was able to capture on camera but can’t seems to have an option to upload a video in here directly, rather have to youtube first...

I have owned vitamix for about 6 years now. I just recently purchased the A2500. I love my vitamix. The only complaints I have is the A2500 doesn't do so well if you try to make nut butter and I can't connect my phone to the blender! Overall I wouldn't trade it for anything else

I tried an A3500 and it barely worked at all from all the errors, however, this one actually worked without any issues. The on/off and pulse switches feels very cheap compared to the older models I've owned, such as the Vitamix 7500. The older models switches worked really well and you can fell when it's on since there's a click vs this model where there is no click so it feels really cheap.

I bought this for my daughter as my first grandson started eating solid food. I was surprised how much quieter is was than mine. Looks great in her modern kitchen. Was it wrong that I was tempted to give her my Explorian from 2016 and I keep the latest VM? Very sleek looking. Makes baby food prep to crushing nuts for vegan loafs a lot easier and faster,

My first vitamix was the explorian and it was the best kitchen tool I'd ever had. When it was time to replace it, I decided to go big with the Ascent because of the option for the food processor attachment and smaller cups (which, after 3 months of ownership, I haven't pulled the trigger on yet), as well as the three program modes. I'm a pretty serious vegan at-home-chef and most of my kitchen tools get used 2-3 times per day. This machine is very loud. It's more powerful than the explorian but if I had to do it again, I'd just get a new explorian. This one makes me nervous because I live in an old "historic" home and this machine makes my outlets smell like they're burning. But it does the job and does it well!
