I am highly satisfied with my vitamix experience. I was recommended to purchase a Vitamix by a family member. It was the best decision I could have made. I have made frappe, smoothies, juices. Very pleased with the outcome of each. I will recommend to others.

I had used my old Vitamix for 10 years. this year I finally decided to get a new one and trade in the old one! the one Vitamix A2500 is Superb!! I love it! I use it every morning to make my green smoothie. Love the pre-set smoothie function that take the guess out of the game. 50 seconds and I super yummy smoothie! cleaning is super easy. I still want to explore the other functions! Plan to use this one for another 10 years!!

My old Vitamix died several months ago (after 20+ years!). Hubby wanted to save some money and talked me into a "N...". After owning a Vitamix, the "N" just couldn't live up to his expectations. He had to eat crow and told me to go ahead and order a new Vitamix. He loves having fresh soup and really smooth Smoothies. In the long run, a Vitamix is worth every penny.

This is my first high tech blender and it is just amazing! For anyone who is deciding between a juicer or a Vitamix, this was a clear winner for me. I’ve bought two juicers in the past, one was a centrifuge and one was a masticating one. Both had its pros and cons but eventually I got tired of the clean up process; it took at least 15 mins to prep and clean up and if you do that every morning, you get tired of doing it. So I ended up throwing out both. I bought this and the clean up process takes 1 MINUTE. All you do is rinse And clean with a little soap and that’s it. It has the consistency of a juicing if you add more water. And bonus, you get fiber that would be lost in a juicer. Highly recommend.

I've been familiar with Vitamix's blenders for a long time, and just received the A2500 as a gift. I decided on this blender over other Vitamix blenders because I was excited about the smart detect technology and the compatibility with the food processor attachment. When the blender arrived, I was shocked at how cheap it looked. Right out of the box there were some nicks on the plastic and the entire base is comprised of plastic pieces that don't seem durable. The see-through container and snap on lid, while I understand it's purpose, seems less durable than the black lids. The tamper is what I was most shocked about as it resembles a bowling pin, hollow and cheaply assembled. I've talked to other Vitamix owners about this and the consensus seems that Vitamix has decreased it's quality over the past few years. I'm glad there is a 10 year warranty. I was honestly hoping for more and wasn't expecting this level of disappointment. Are Vitamix's just gonna get more cheap??

Absolutely love the A2500 blender. Vitamix is truly the Bentley of blenders. However, the E17 error code is an imperfection that I don’t believe is caused by my own doing. I’ve followed the instructions to a T and yet E17 is still prompted. Other than that, truly love this blenders capabilities and I highly recommend.

No it did not go well. I just purchased it 3 months ago for my health issues used it four times and it will not even come on. I started using this machine for my business and now everything is halted. I am VERY disappointed and threw out my old one before purchasing this so I am really inconvenienced. I would like a full refund or another machine overnighted to me. Thank you

I love the heavy duty machine and the features I chose. It seems to blend everything it says it will, but my ice cubes do not completely get crushed. All other products do so far. I changed my ice settings on the freezer to crushed so that seems to work better. Its clean and sleek. I have made individual smoothies and even though the container is large, it does just fine. I'm waiting for my individual cups. They are supposed to come today. I can't wait to try them. Less water for cleaning :) I'm also anxiously waiting the smaller cup sizes. I have a grandson, now 8 months old and I want to make his food when he visits. I also want to make sauces, dips and dressings in smaller quantities. Hopefully those will be available soon.

Just to be upfront, we also own a Nutribullet and I saw some news coverage that indicated that it could potentially be unsafe and explode during use due to pressure buildup. Although we've never experienced anything to that extreme, my wife primarily used it to make baby food and she generally is holding our little one in her arms during the process. That said, safety is paramount when it comes to my loved ones and I didn't want to take any chances. I decided to by the A2500. I haven't used it all that much but my wife uses it almost daily. She loves the machine. I say machine because this thing is SERIOUS! Serious as in, I'm in awe of the quality of it. It speaks and feels professional in every manner of the word. I would only make a few recommendations for improvements: -The wife uses it everyday however, she won't use it beyond 7 because it has so much power, it literally scares her. She feels that it would be nice if the base had a locking system of some sort. She honestly feels like it may come off because of the power of the motor. -The other concern she has is that when she makes soups or purées/baby food, sometimes liquid will come out of the lid plug... again, particularly at high levels. Again, because the baby is constantly hanging on or around her, she feels like this is a safety issue. Aside from these concerns, this machine is seriously amazing. It's like a work of art in my opinion. It looks gorgeous in our kitchen!

I bought my Vitamix A2500 a little over a month ago. I can't believe I sat on the fence debating for so long whether to buy it or not. The money spent is well worth it. I have probably spent the same amount on previous blenders which have broken all broken down.
