I got it before before getting a new bed frame. So, I decided to use it before a new bed frame is coming because this mattress is 13.5 inches tall. Actually, it is a very comfortable mattress that helps support ergonomics, and it has been made by nice technology that is good breathability.

The mattress arrived with exceptional "White Glove" service—they quickly set everything up and even removed my old mattress. The mattress is not only incredibly comfortable, but it also has a beautiful design. I was especially happy to find that it's cooling, which is perfect for me since I tend to get warm while sleeping. The added quilting provides extra comfort as well. Although the first night wasn't great, I know it takes time to adjust to a new mattress. After about a week, I fell in love with it! I sleep so much better now, and the mattress really conforms to my body. I've also noticed I'm much less sore in the mornings. Since this mattress is a hybrid, it works perfectly with my adjustable base, shifting positions easily without affecting the structure of the bed. I'm so impressed with this mattress that I plan to purchase one for my other bedrooms. It's definitely worth the price for such a high-quality product!

I have a bad back and I need a little more firmness to help support my back otherwise I will sink in a little too much. It seems like the perfect combination of firm and soft so that I feel my spine is supported and it is still very comfortable. My husband has approved of the mattress as well.

It’s the perfect balance of firmness and comfort. The firmness ensures proper support, but it doesn’t feel like you’re sleeping on a rock—it still has enough cushion to cradle your body. Before this, I had a Tempur-Pedic bed that started sinking in after some time and never regained its shape, which was frustrating and uncomfortable. The mattress came nicely wrapped and has very sturdy handles on the sides for transporting it to any bedroom. The mattress itself is by far the most comfortable mattress in our house now. I have actually noticed our 8 year old sleeping longer than he typically would. I have slept in it twice now and as a stomach sleeper I don’t typically like very soft beds but you can definitely feel the coil part of this hybrid bed gently supporting you. When you combine that with the memory foam, this mattress really does sleep like a dream. If you are a fan of plush but also want the right support so you don’t wake up broken, then this mattress fits the bill. The quality is everything our family has come to expect from Serta mattresses over the years. The seams and stitching are all very well done and will last for years to come. The design on the bed is elegant and beautiful. And the overall thought that went into this mattress to truly make it make a difference in your life is really where it shines. A very high quality mattress that will undoubtedly give our son the best rest he’s ever had!

For one, there was no way to tell what the particular indicators for each mattress meant (not here or online) so I had to choose blindly. It ended up being too firm for me personally. The delivery got rescheduled 3 times, and pushed back almost a month. I can’t imagine how frustrating that would be if I didn’t already have a mattress. It also is not memory foam, so it was delivered in a huge box (not vacuum sealed as I am used to). I think this would be great for someone who likes a firm mattress because I don’t make a dent in it - it doesn’t make for a super comfortable night of sleep for me.

We got the extra firm mattress, and I have already noticed less back and neck pain in the week that we have been sleeping on it. My fiancé is 6’4 and 260lbs, so we were a little worried about how he would be supported, but he has been extremely comfortable and has woken up far less throughout the night. We are both mixed sleepers (back, stomach, side, helicopter…) and neither of us have woken up with any discomfort. My fiancé and I are both furnaces when we sleep, and so far it has done a great job at keeping us both cool. This is by far the most comfortable mattress I have owned, and I am excited to see how it holds up over the next few years!

This mattress provides unmatched support for my back, and when my husband gets up in the middle of the night, I dont feel a thing! Yes, this mattress has a higher price point than some, but these things make it worth every prenny!
