After doing a ton research and reading reviews, I purchased this mattress and am very happy I did. It is the perfect mix of support and comfort for me as a side/back sleeper. If you are in the market for a new mattress, I would recommend you give this one a look.

I have not slept on it yet, it just came today. But I did sit on it and lay down, so far it's giving everything it promised and promoted. First time ever buying a mattress without actually being in store to try it out first. But the reviews on YouTube and Serta's style and quality were definitely alluring and it's a seriously solid brand. Sitting on it was nice, definitely does not transfer movement so if your partner is there won't disturb them when you move. It's thick and firm yet has some softness. Mines is a firm and it's definitely giving great back support when I laid on my side, it was not to hard.

I originally thought it was too high after it had been set up, but it's easier for me (a senior) to get in and out. Plus, it's easier to make since I don't have to bend over. It was a good choice for me.

I slept on this mattress while I was at my sister's house. When I came home, I purchased one for myself. I had the best night sleep at her house and now my house.

This is our 2nd Serta mattress. We bought our 1st for our guest room after sleeping on one at in Inn on Nantucket several years ago. All guest comment on it's comfort, so it was a no-brainer to buy one for our Master Bedroom when it was time to replace old one. One night's sleep and can already feel the diference and didn't wake up with the usual hip pain. Thank you for a wonderful product!

We absolutely love our Serta mattress! At first, it felt a bit stiff, but after a few days of breaking it in, it became incredibly comfortable. We made the switch from our previous pillow top options because they kept breaking down too quickly, and we're so pleased with our decision. This mattress provides great support and feels much more durable. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

Surprised at the subpar stitching ; with multiple loose threads and loose threading with loops of thread sticking up above the stitching.

We had to get twin mattresses to replace our king Black Beautyrest after having major back surgery to ba able to adjust each mattresses separate. We haven't slept on them yet . Our problem was delivery . they left and left our old King Size hybrid mattress leaning against the outside wall of our garage and it's raining. i contacted the delivery service and nothing , it's still leaning against the garage .

I had high hopes for this mattress. It's more than I've ever spent on one before. I am a side sleeper and for the month that I've had this I wake up every morning with numb hands and sore a sore neck and shoulders. Also aggravates my hip and I wake up hot every night . I'm not sure if I need something with more of a pillow top if the foam just doesn't agree with me.

The mattress was very comfortable – for a few days. It became totally unusable after two weeks! I hope this replacement mattress lasts a little bit longer.
