[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hanes Ultimate comfort, period pack of two briefs is life-changing! These briefs are designed specifically for moderate period and bladder leaks. The briefs are made from Microfiber that is stretchy and comfortable. I like that these briefs feel silky, and they are smooth underneath clothing. The waistband has a stretch, that holds up without rolling or slipping. What sets these briefs apart, is the liner. It provides moderate absorbency leak protection equal up to three regular tampons, while also protecting against odor. They are useful for more than just periods. They also provide protection for spotting between periods, postpartum, and even bladder leaks. They are machine washable, by following the instructions. So far, I've not had any stain problems. I'm very amazed how comfortable these are to wear. The fabric is very breathable and not hot. I love everything about Hanes Ultimate comfort, period briefs. My only "con" is that I wish they had been around years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize immediately that the Comfort Period briefs were also great for bladder leaks - talk about a bonus! Well, I tested (with water) and they work! Don’t think the protection liner is going to be uncomfortable or too thick, it’s not, it’s fine. The microfiber material of these briefs is smooth, not rough like some. These are good everyday briefs. You’ll get full coverage, and I never noticed panty lines. I was supplied these briefs for an honest review.

Do these really work for incontinence? Anyone tried them that can say??

First time trying period underwear. The absorbency seems to work well, and brief itself is a nice shape. My complaint is that there is a very prominent seem right across the middle of the rear. It's very visible under clothing and actually uncomfortable.

These are comfortable and feel durable. They hold a reasonable amount of fluid. However, they need to be changed frequently throughout the day due to foul odor. I will wear them out but would not purchase them again.

didn't work for me not very absorbant

sizing is so off! I'm a Medium in everything and these are so tight at the top waist band it's uncomfortable. I'm already bloated on my period so not what I want. agree with the comments. the bottom part is bulky where it stops and you can see if not only through leggings but also pants.. don't recommend.
