This makes lots of ice which is great but you have to use your hands to break it to smaller pieces for fear of breaking the plastic holder.

I really wanted to love this. I tried it - great ice came out of it- and then it started to leak and leak and leak… from the bottom of the unit

I like the size of the ice and how fast it will make ice. It is a little big and takes up counter space.

ice maker in fridge froze up. bought this unit to make ice. then bought a new fridge with 2 ice makers

This makes ice and keeps it cold for hours. the only drawback is that it doesn't auto recycle the melted water.

Worked right out of box. Last one lasted 3 years with continued use. Makes more of a cube than the bullet shaped smaller ice makers.

Stopped working with in 3 months filled a claim with the manufacturer and after a long process finally got a refund

This is a great ice maker and makes way more ice and more quickly than my previous ice maker. Ice is shaped like square cubes. Definitely recommend!

Bought it for our RV. It works great!!! Very quiet until the ice cubes drop lol. I highly recommend!
