The unit came looking like it had already been used and with a big dent in the back side. Will be returning.

This makes lots of ice which is great but you have to use your hands to break it to smaller pieces for fear of breaking the plastic holder.

I love the square cubes that do not melt down as fast as bullet shape ice. Fast and not loud. Happy with purchase!!

Ice has a better taste than the ice from the trays. It seems to be a little time consuming making ice but the end result is worth it.

Only had it one week, but so far, I like the size of the ice cubes and the frequency with which they are made.

I like the size of the ice and how fast it will make ice. It is a little big and takes up counter space.
