This makes lots of ice which is great but you have to use your hands to break it to smaller pieces for fear of breaking the plastic holder.

Awesome Product

works great, wasn't  sure i would like the cubes, but they are good as nuggets. always have ice when  neefed.

I live it and cant keep up with the ice it makes! Much better then the 99$ one that didnt last a little over year!!

It's already sitting on my kitchen counter.  It's quieter than I expected, but does make a little bit of noise. It is quick and efficient

Using it

It doesn’t regulate the ice  as well as it should.  I’m not real happy with it. It seems to get stopped up every 3 days or so.

Only had it one week, but so far, I like the size of the ice cubes and the frequency with which they are made.

I like the size of the ice and how fast it will make ice. It is a little big and takes up counter space.

Makes ice pretty fast, way better than other, unit I gave away. Easy to clean, decent water reservoir and convenient drain.

Love this ice maker!

Started up great, it says clear ice, but mehhh, not totally clear but passable.  It will keep a little while in the machine, but melty.  So we put it in the house  freezer ice maker after  harvesting.
BUT, today is  Dec 17....water pump in it is started making a terrible noise, super loud, grinding a few days ago.  It still makes ice, but struggles.  had to turn it off.  So we got one month out of $200 ice machine that is currently limping along.  Not sure what the problem is.  Cleaned it out very well, still makes that awful noise, sometimes intermittant, sometimes until it is satisfied with the ice.  Reduced ice to -2 size so it doesn't have to keep pumping water.

Worked ok for a month...

this produces clear ice.  ice cubes small but com out as a sheet  4 x 7 x1 inche with indentions to break them in the size you want.  I'll never buy another ice machine that doesn't make clear. They seem to last longer than the bullet style other machines make that look cloudy/Clear Ice is frosty.
