Rule number one for me always get wing and always get long pads. I’ve tried other brands/generics but they really aren’t the same

Nice and long and works well for a heavy flow.  Easy to find and priced pretty fairly.  Nice and thin and isn't bulky.

Always is the most trusted brand, I believe they hold up better than the off brands do. Specially if your have a heavy flow.
