I’ve not had issues with leakage or accidents while wearing these pads. They are also very comfortable to wear, as they are thin. Overall, I’m really happy with these pads.

They stay in place and do not move around or bunch up like other brands I have tried in the past. I stay dry and fresh longer without having to constantly worry about changing. Highly recommend these!

I hate it when I get my underwear stained and these Always UltraThin overnight pads did the trick to keep me dry. They were comfortable and I slept with confidence that when I woke there wouldn't be a mess. I also love the fact that the product comes unscented because I am very sensitive to perfumes or added scents. This is the only product I will use on my heavy flow days from here in out!

I have struggled to find something to get me through a whole night of sleep, and this is it!! I was impressed that they did exactly what the marketing said it would do. They were comfortable and didn’t feel too big. I will be buying these in the future!

Great! Could wear these during the day if I wanted to. Feels like I don't really have anything there. Never had a problem leaking through. I feel like it catches the same amount of blood as other thicker always pads do. Would recommend if you'd like to be less bulky!

I had store brand products that were better than this. I'm not sure where things went wrong but I know that I would never buy these in a million years.

I can be have a good night’s sleep knowing I wont have any mishaps come morning. My periods are very heavy and these are just very convenient and reliable.
