These pads are my go-to, kinda no matter where I am in my cycle unless I’m extremely light that day. I naturally have a heavier flow and this pad helps. I’ve tried generic brands of the same kind and they never ever work as well. I always recommend it to to my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the regular size 4 (not thin) and while they do a great job they are like wearing a diaper. These size 4 ultra thins are by far the best thing ever! I get the coverage and the absorbancy of the regular but I don't feel like I'm wearing a diaper. They are soooo much more comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads, I have come to the conclusion that I’m just not a fan of Always pads. I’m considered overweight, so there’s already the problem with sweat down there. Mix that with your period, and a pad with a thin plastic layer that touches you. It feels sticky and almost like you’re an adult wearing a diaper. I will state that the coverage time and absorbency it’s pretty decent, which is why I won’t completely knock it. I can see how this brand could be a favorite to some.

Super absorbent and not uncomfortable to wear. She’s happy these have minimized the leakage problem. I’d recommend these.

The are comfortable and fit nicely. There is no leakage. These pads give you the best protection. I recommend them to everyone !!

This is a slightly thinner pad but does the job. I can wear yoga pants and it is not noticeable. They come off easily without getting stuck on your underwear. I will always go the Always brand if it is an option.
