I gave the Always ultra-size 4 to my daughter to use. She is 18 an is very picky about what she will use. She has no complaints about the Always size 4 brand. She said the overnight pads are comfortable and dependable. She did not have to worry about leakage. She said she feels clean using these and confident that the pads keep her dry. Any woman or teen should check the Always ultra pads out, they will be surprised with them. Unless you have used Always before then you should know that they are a good brand.

I for one are a heavy flow so I use these pads every night. They have a bigger back to them so they are made to be leak proof. They don't bunch up like other pads do. They do their job. They don't chafe me or make my skin break out. I will continue to buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about a month ago. I am very happy that I did. These night time pad are perfect. I'm always a little heavier and leave no leakage. They are very comfortable to water at night. I don't feel like I'm wearing a diaper at all.

My heaviest days are the first 2 days. At night I would worry about any leakages so I use this one where it stretches a bit further back towards the end of my undergarments. My flow isnt heavy so I stay with the thin one. The wing definitely add more security.

I use this product that has 10+ hours of protection and its the only ind i'll ever use. This product is super effective and I have never really had any leaks when i use these. I love the wing support as it prevents the pad from moving around a lot. Definelty a good purchase and helps with heavy flowers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always bought Always for a long time. Over the years their brand and material have changes. I don’t like this design becuase it does feel like you are wearing a hard diaper. It’s not soft and is rough. I don’t feel like it lets you breath. It does keep protection but if you have a heavy flow it does not absorb as well in some instances. The wings go on well and have good adhesion. There is no wrinkling or twisting when applied correctly. Overall, these are okay but I am a bigger fan of some of their other types and their older versions.

Great! Could wear these during the day if I wanted to. Feels like I don't really have anything there. Never had a problem leaking through. I feel like it catches the same amount of blood as other thicker always pads do. Would recommend if you'd like to be less bulky!
