Despite them being very thin they hold a ridiculous amount of fluid and keep things from leaking onto my garments or bedding. They are quite long so they work really nicely during sleep. Because they are so thin they don't bunch up or shift and the wings adhere strongly to prevent movement. Despite these being overnight pads I also tried them out during the day when I had an especially heavy flow. I found them to work really well and be comfortable enough to wear throughout the day because of how thin they are. Overall these are a great choice when you need a longer pad that can hold a lot of fluid while still being comfortable.
