They are large enough not to feel like you are wearing a diaper. Super soft and comfortable to move around in. These are definitely worth purchasing!

I have a heavy flow and because it’s not a very long pas I have to put three of these in my underwear. It is comfortable because of the fact that it’s thin but they should be longer. I personally stopped using them because they weren’t absorbant enough

They are surprisingly thin, but they are longer than similar products and they have wings to help catch leaks overnight. Personally, I don't like long pads, and I hate wings, but I figured these were worth a try if they really work. Unfortunately, they don't. I had an accident while wearing these, and I was shocked to see how little protection they actually offered. They leaked terribly, even on lighter nights. They might be better as a backup method since they aren't absorbent enough to trust by themselves. I'm sorry to say it, but I can't recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were awesome on my regular period nights. I toss and turn most nights and it is difficult to position a pad so that we don't leak. Only on my super heavy second day did it fail me, and even then there was a minimal amount of spillage along the edge at the back. Well worth the money.
